hello
this weekend Iput my boat in the water and took off went about 100 yards and my boat shut down lost power (on dash) i found that it tripped the breaker on the motor and the little (push in breaker) on the dash. I reset (both of them) and when i turned the key on it kept tripping it (both) actually cranked up and ran for a Min before tripping them. After about 5 min i was able to keep reseting both breakers and the boat started and ran like a champ for the rest of the day. The next day i took off went across the lake and after a full day of just sitting on the water i started the motor and headed back to shore, after about 10 min of running it did the same thing (tripped both breakers) I had to get pulled back. As i was almost to the dock i reset the breakers again and it cranked ran good. Now i havent ran the boat again because i dont want to get stranded . Does anyone know what the little breaker is on the dash? Its just a little button that pops out and when pused it stays when the boat is running corectly.

I DO HAVE TWO BATTRIES ON THE BOAT AND (DO NOT) HAVE A ISOLATOR. I HAVE THEM HOOKED UP SO I CAN TURN THE AUX BATTERY ON OR OFF ONLY FOR WHEN I AM RUNNING THE AMP AND MOTOR TO CHARGE. BASICALLY MY GROUND ON AUX BATTER IS GOING TO GROUND ON MAIN BATTERY AND HOT ON AUX BATTERY IS GOING TO HOT ON MAIN BATTERY. NOW THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE A EFFECT BECAUSE IT IS STILL 12 VOLTS BUT I AM STARTING TO WONDER IF IT IS OVER HEATING THE BREAKERS SOME HOW WITH BOTH BATTERIES.

ANY IDEA?
