06 Mercury 60 Bigfoot 4 stroke In line fuel filter location

I just repowered my boat with a 06 Mercury 60 Bigfoot and can't seam to find the inline gas filter? it shows it in the parts list and to purchase it in a kit with the oil filter, gas filter and inline filter but I can't find it on the motor.. or does it install in the fuel line comping out of the tank?

Hate to bring up an old post, but how’d you get to it? I can’t get a socket or a wrench on the top front bolt where the fuel line comes in.
