1/4 inch prop differance

There is probably a simple answer but hear goes anyway.

I have an 89 Johnson outboard. The prop size is 12 3/4" x 21 pitch per specs.
These props are getting hard to find in stainless, there are several 13" x 21 pt available. Will the 1/4 inch make any differance, Or effect the lower unit gear ratio?

13" diameter will be fine.

The most common props in that range for that motor are 13 1/4". Should be fine, there are many more design changes besides a simple diameter increase between your prop and todays props.
