1 Hour limit

Hey good friends, My 25hp evinrude will run at wot for about 1hr and then spit and sputter, then quit. any suggestions. this has happened several times in the past few outings. after it rests a little it fires right up with no problems. Thanks

Icole.. we need the year of the motor...off the top.. sounds like old dieing coils...

Sorry I did'nt include that info. My motor is a '72 evinrude, #25252.
