I am working on a 2000 model 10 hp Johnson. When I use my spark test tool it doesn't show anything. I have good voltage coming from the pack to the orange leads on the coil. I changed the coil but still no spark. If I place a spark plug in the boot I get a very weak spark. This motor has the dual output coil. Do these things take a special tool or technique to troubleshoot?
