video is fine, I just watched it.... wait for the commercial to end..

frankly, this could never work, comparing the sprinkle of the "leak" he is simulating with garden hose, and loosenign the cap with an adjustable wrench is easy when done with fingers.... you're talking about a well half a mile under the ocean.....

The job needs to be done by submersibles, against a gusher putting out 20,000+ barrels a day....

If BP was dealing with a leak at 25psi, this kid would have great idea. But his idea isn't good for anything much over that. Why was he dressed in full motorcycle protective gear to shove a piece of metal in front of a garden hose?

4000psi at 5000' just isn't something you can just "loosen the bolts on the riser pipe" and shove a piece of metal in.
