Re: 100HP REMOVEL OF BOLTS PROBLEM (pictures)
I had a similar problem on my Yamaha motor ... caused by the 4 plastic bushings that are inserted in both sides of the shock absorbers, through which the bolts pass. Spraying some PB Blaster or similar solvent may help some, but brute force is all that's need to get the bolts out. If you can get a crescent wrench between the head of the bolt and the housing, you may be able to hammer them out by beating on the wrench.
As for the bottom pivot pin, there are two cotter pins that hold it in position ... both need to be removed before the pin can be removed. There are also 4 more plastic bushings for the bottom of the shock absorbers that may cause the pin to bind ... but at least you can drive that pin out.
Good luck!
