Re: 105 chrysler found today

The starter on mine seems to be dying, or maybe just a little gummed up. When I turn the key it engages the flywheel but seems to just slip as the starter spins internally. If I hit the key a second or third time the starter quits slipping and turn the motor over real well.

That all seems just real bizzare. I think it needs closer evaluation.

There is a loose wire. Pictures I have seen show a sensor of some type on the back/head. I'm guessing a cylinder head temp sensor. It's the orange wire I think. Comes from behine the module looking thing on the starboard / alternator side.

The engine seems to run fine as is though.

Odie, no it doesnt have the carb filtres, I pulled it apart today, the starter still works! So if anybody want's any parts or pieces let me know, it's awful heavy to move around. Hopefully I will get a lokk at the crank tomorrow eve.
