115 4 Stroke Power

I am considering purcahsing a 1900cc maycraft w/ a 115 4 stroke yamaha
Does anyone have this combo ? If so is this enough power in rough water?
Fuel economy ? Any other comments ?

It is often stated on here that you want at least 70% of the hull's max rated horsepower for acceptable performance. What's the hull rated for? 115 does sound a little small for a 19'. It will certainly plane it but I wouldn't think it would be much of a speed demon. A larger motor loafing can get the same or better fuel economy than a smaller motor working hard.
