115 E-tech not idling.....please help

I've got a 2009 Evinrude 115hp E-Tech. This summer when I put it in the water it wont idle an cuts off. I have to throw it in gear and give it gas to get going. Also at low speeds I feel it "caughing" or knocking a little. at highe speeds it runs fine. I had a boat dealership put new plugs in it 3 months ago, and have heard that the plugs must be turned in a certain position to run correctly on the new E-techs.....? Could the plugs not be positioned correctly or the jets,lines be clogged for a motor to be only 2 years old. Any advice would be appreciated!!! Thanks

You need to have a laptop with the diagnostic sw connected to see what's going on. If the motor is only two years old, it's still in warranty so get it to a BRPRVinrude dealer. There are no jets, BTW.
