115 etec missing and has no low end

My 2007 115etec is acting up. This is the 2nd season I've had it and now after stoping and idleing for a few minutes it misses and has a hard time getting my 19' boat up on plane. Once it clears it hopes up on plane it seems ok. Thr RPMs might be down a 100-200 rpm but hard to tell as I really run WOT, usually pull it back a hair. My guess is the plugs but this is a new engine, maybe 50hrs tops? Any ideas?

It's under warranty -- let the dealer fix it.

Pull just one of the plugs and measure the electrode gap. If it is much over .030", chances are the motor is not warming up enough. Sometimes it's just debris in the thermostats. See your dealer to have the engine checked out and it's temperature taken.

It is under warrently and I plan on taking it to the dealer this week, asssuming they have time to look at it. So much for 3 years with no dealer maintenance. Doesn't help it's a 30 min ride to the closest ramp then an hour + drive to the dealer. Wha Wha Wa......
