Hi having trouble with new vro pump doesnt seem to be getting enough fuel to carbs is there a bleeder valve somewhere all hoses are new and zip tied

Your best bet is to post a model # -----Then post what your motor is doing / not doing.-----Then you might get pointers on what trouble shooting needs to be done.

Sorry it's a 115 evinrude crossflow gas just trickling out of pump runs 5min and quits I can keep it running by pumping tank bulb

There may well be an issue with crankcase pressure that drives the fuel pump.-----You can help yourself by posting the cylinder compression.----That may offer some clues.----Is the oil injection in service ?-----A simple 2 barb fuel pump that fits on the intake manifold is also an option.
