115 fuel hose leaking

I have a leaking hose on the upper carb end. can I just replace all four pieces with regular 5/16" fuel hose? I see in the BRP diagrams that some have unique part number, probably due to the sharp bends.

AND, looks like the plastic cable ties are the way to go over worm clamps. short of ordering Evinrude 0320107 ties, what brand/where locally can I find some good ones?

Should I remove the carbs to do this job, or can I get the new hoses and ties on with them in place?

thanks

It's going to be a lot easier to fit the new hose on the carb with it off. You'd probably be able to get the hose on, but good luck with the wire tie. I use standard automotive fuel hose internal to all my outboards w/ no issues. If you've got a sharp bend, you can always just get a plastic elbow.
