You did not say what caused the failure. You need to determine the problem before you run the new engine. If the cylinder walls are ok and within rebuild spec, the minimum you should do is a new piston, 4 ringsets, hone all 4 cyls, a powerhead gasket kit, overhaul the carbs, new thermostats and new impeller. If the ring let go on the bad hole and damaged (pitted) the face of the head, I'd replace the head.
