115 Johnson out of storage, no fire

I just purchased a 1973 Johnson, model # 115ESL73M,serial # J3864992 that has been in storage about seven years. It was running when it went in storage but now has no fire. All help appreciated. I will purchase a manual if one can be found. Thanks
