115 Johnson, what year?

Hello,<br /><br />I have a 115 horse Johnson SeaHorse, model 115TL79R and serial number J5156471. The last number of the serial number and the "L" in the model number are hard to make out. The "L" might be a 1 and the "1" in the serial might be a 0. Year model and any other info on this motor would be greatly appreciated. It is a V4 2 cycle. Thank you for your help.

It's a 1979 model

The "T" means it has Tilt & Trim, the "L" means Long Shaft (20").<br /><br />The "R" is a OMC code for run number.<br /><br />Good luck.
