115 to 140 conversion

Ok from my research i have found out a few things about this. I have a 1978 Xflow 140hp and a 1985 115hp. If I understand correctly I can use the carbs the heads and the bubble back exhaust cover off of the 140hp and bolt them to the 115hp to increase hp on the 115. I can use the intake and reeds on the 115? Does that sound right to anyone? Also i have to do a little modifying on the 115 inside the exhaust cavity on the 115hp. Can anyone tell me how to do that and how much webbing to remove?
