115 yamaha kicking my butt

I have a 2001 yamaha 115 2stroke. Fires up idles fine. Runs great till you try and run over 2000 rpms. It falls flat on its face and pulled plug wires on port head. no fire!!! Go to put it on the trailer runs great then falls flat on its face again. Will rev to 5000 with throttle only under load will not rev over 2000. Carbs were done, fuel is clean and water free, compression is good. Any suggestions?

low oil level or over heat can limit RPM to 2k, so make sure your alarm system is functioning properly
Some motors had a water in fuel alarm and some had low voltage

Not over heating I checked that with a temp gun. Oil level is full. It is cutting fire to both port cylinders, but its sparatic.
