115hp evinrude help

i have a mid to early 80's 115hp evinrude ran great last few days had it out today went back out this evening when i started to throttle up the motor felt like it was free spinning when i throttled back down it was fine any ideas on the problem

probably a spun or weak prop hub.. simple and inexpensive repair at a prop shop
