115hrs 1990

[Really Old Guy]

Just pulled the trigger and bought one.
It has a oil injector - pull it or leave it?
I have always pulled them, but dealer tells me this is a very
reliable unit. Any thoughts?

Very reliable system... You sound like you're an ex white engine owner... The Merc oil system is a universe away from the OMC VRO system....

Chris, I was hoping you would reply!
Yep, I've owned several, white motors.
This one is dry, a little concerning. I have to fire it up.
The auto blends are the worst!
I'm going to get some non E, at a tractor dealer ship near here and
add SeaFoam. Just a little leary about the oil thing.
