The start of my project

Stripped the hull with wire wheel on an angle grinder. Inside and took about 8 hours.

Primed once and painted hull twice with parkers duckboat paint (marshy grass.)

Installed rubbers treads, applied with a rubber adhesive.

Built frames the consoles (front and rear)

Installed homemade bracket for bow mount trolling motor.

Constructed the frame for a lightrack.

you're brave grinding off that old paint for 8 hrs! I like the cool little wheel on the nose and the lifting handles in the rear. Never seem that before. pretty clever. nice job.
