I have a 95 johnson 225 that takes 12 minutes to idle down from quick start; 1200 to 900. New thermostats, new water pump. Felt the heads to see if hot and got shocked on the #3 cylinder?? Butterflies all closed, disconnected white/tan wire on port side and grounded; no change. Runs 50:1; no vro but notice more smoke at start up. Compression good. What should I check/ change next?? Could wire be bad?
