12 Volt accessories

I would like to run 2 beefy 12V outlets straight from the battery (fused of course)... I am thinking using the starting battery since it will have the most charge because it charges as the motor runs.

135 Optimax..2000 1800 Fisherman Adventure series.

Am I limited only by the amperage limits of the wire & fuse or am I flirting with disaster......... We would like to use a 12V coffee maker & possibly a 12Volt hot plate...

Whats your opinion... certainly I am not the first person to want to add some convenences....

The out lets are fine, as you say with a fuse.
But id use a seperate Deep Cycle batt (or 2) if your not going to run the motor at the same time as those do drain a batt and a starting batt wont last as long. Plus if you drain your starting batt, then you get to swim...
