120 Force float stuck

My bottom carb float is stuck open fuel spilling out the throat i know it wont run that way help me fix ?

I SAID THIS ONCE TODAY BUT CLEAN FUEL IN IT<br />LET IT SAT FOR ABOUT A WEEK THEN TAP ON IT<br />WITH A SCREW DRIVER LIGHTLY THEN AGAIN YOU CAN <br />TRY IT NOW. IF IT DOES NOT WORK PULL THE <br />CARB.
