120 hp force won't start.

The engine crank up but it won't start fully and when i turn the key off the carburetor spit out fuel. could the carburetor be causing this?. i can't seem to find any carburetor kit for my motor. motor model 1208F90B, serial #019417.<br />i think it's a 1990 year. please help

Looks like your motor is between 1991 and 1994. Here is a link. Maybe you can find what you are looking for in parts here. My guess is your carb kit is availible from NAPA part number 18-7037. This is the standard carb kit for most force and chryslers. FORCE 120 PARTS

Ok i got the engine to run for the whole day but now it won't even crank when i turn the key. compression good, carburetor kit replaced, battery good, new starter installed still won't crank and start. could it be the ignition switch?. any help would be appreciated.

Put motor in your garage and pull the plugs and ground the tips to the motor with the plug wires attached. Have someone crank the starter for a second and verify you are getting a good blue spark from all cylinders. If so I would rebuild the fuel pump first and see what happens. Cheap fix on the pump and easy to do.<br /><br />Also I am assuming by crank you mean the starter spins the flywheel but it wont fire up.
