120 looper

I have a carlson metric with a 120 looper the engine has few hours on it and urped the crank and port bottom rod and slug.should i peel the oil injection and mix the fuel? The #'s are ce120tlcdc model # g1133180 can you tell me the year and bore size? and were should i tie in the coolant presure guage? your help is appretiated .P.S. the machine shop says the hole needs .020" over is it okay to do the one hole all the others are like new! thnxs.

Thats a 1986. The oil injection cannot pick on only one cylinder.<br /><br />Dont worry too much about what the cylinders look like. Make sure they're still in spec after a hone job. It's hard to believe that a motor that old would be. Measuring will tell.<br /><br />The water pressure fitting goes in the adaptor plate on the starbord side. If youre still running the throttle controled water valve it T's into that small line coming from the adaptor going up to the valve.
