i have an 87 rude 120. ENgine is turning but not starting. Checked spark checked compression checked fuel delivery. When i pulled the plugs they all looked good. I did notice that the top two cylinders are shooting a lot of fuel where the spark plugs goes. Could this be flooding the engine out? I mean is it two much fuel for those plugs. I also noticed that my fuel bulb did not get hard when i pumped it. What do i do or where do i start checking?
Thanks Dennis
