120 sport jet wont start

i have 95 sport jet merc and i cant get it to bust off i got spark on three plugs but not on the number four plug im thinking the coil bad but not sure what all else to look at and there is a vacuum deal on the side not sure what it runs to i know proabaly hooks up to the air box but i dont have air box and not sure got two wires off of it and two vacuum lines one big one small what is it do i need it on there or can just plug it off any help will be needed

It's not an IO jacob, it's a Force outboard powerhead on top of a jet pump. Moving to Force outboard forum.

put a good spark plug to the one thats not firing ,no spark?try switching the (maybe bad ignition coil) with one of the good coils just to see if the coil is actually bad. im not sure of the wires and vacuum hoses. somebody else will help you with that one.
