i try to figure out why i got 2 cylinder who work perfect and 2 cylinder running very ritch.....i got 125 and all cylinder ,,carb are spotless very clean ...both cylinder on same side who doesnt work .....anyone know if they broke reeds ?? its the only thing i didnt check yet

Might be reeds, but check the primer (choke) unit, if it's leaking it can flood the motor, also if the fuel pump diaphragm is ruptured it can leak fuel into the crankcase.

Even if the carbs are clean the float or float needle can still not be adjusted or working correctly.

that motor run with 2 carb ...both carb have 2 barril ...one side of the carb works good and the other side rich ?? kinda strange they have the same float and needle and seat ....fuel pump is not mounted on the engine ....im a little lost about it ...not sure if they are bad to break reed and what is the chance 2 have 2 cyl with the same issue ..

What year motor do you have, the more details you provide, the better the answers you will get.

Likely the 115 hp crossflow outboard powerhead.----Carefull when you start looking at the VRO unit in the can ( inboard fuel rules ) come into play.---And do you have spark that jumps a gap of 7/16" on all 4 leads ?--What are the compression test results today ?---Answers are needed to help YOU.
