125 Force

i just bought 3 motors & one was a 89 force 125. The battery cables, fuel line & control wires are still attached. I was told that it ran but then lost spark so is than anyway to try to crank & run the motor without a control box?

The ignition system on these engines is completely independent.

With all the wires disconnected and no ignition switch, you can jump the solenoid from the battery side to the small yellow wire and the engine will crank.

If it has fuel and spark, it will start and run continuously. To stop it you must jump the white wires (or black and yellow if it has aftermarket CD boxes) to the black ground
