125 Mercury ELPTO 2-Stroke Tilt Trim

Any suggestions on a seal kit for this motor's tilt trim. I'm leaking fluid at the base of the resevoir. Is there any way just to replace this seal instead of replacing all of them. I'd like to complete this job rather quickly as it it summer time and fishing is a must before the oil slick hits us here in south MS. I was going to keep filling the resevoir as it gets low, but the leak is pretty bad. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks,
