Re: 125hp fuel pump prob.

You can get a small engine electrical fuel pump at Pep Boys, Napa --any of the national auto stores If you are in the USA. They cost about 40 bucks and put out 2-5 psi pressure, but room inside the cowl is tight and they should be mounted down low by the tank. I bought one but have yet to hook it up so I can't comment on performance.

Repairing the existing pump will be cheaper and easier, and it will supply all the fuel your engine needs.

If you have an older Force and the Mercury dealer does not have parts lists, ask for parts for a 1990 125 or 90 horsepower engine. Only minor changes were made in the pumps and the valves, diaphragms and gaskets were the same.
