"13 1/2 X 19-k 58 J" What prop is this?

A guy locally has a stainless prop for sale that he thinks fits a V-4 Johnson/Evinrude. He said it is 15 spline and the only markings on it are
"13 1/2 X 19-k 58 J". I know that this is a 13 1/2 diameter with 19 pitch prop. Does anyone know how to tell the style or brand of it? What is 58 J?

No way to tell from that data. Are there any p/n's on the end of the hub (with the prop off the engine)?
