13 pitch 4 blade to 15 pitch 3 blade

Damaged my 13 pitch 4 blade looking to possibly switch to 3 blade 15 pitch for more speed??
Just wondering what it will do regarding rpm and speed. I have a 26 foot pontoon with f115 Yamaha 4 stroke. Pushing 5800-5900 rpm at 23-27mph max depending on load/wind.. Wondering if I could gain some top end? Thx

If your prop was aluminum a 15" al prop could help your speed just keep in mind increasing the wot speed on a pontoon is
difficult and likely to be minor.
Also keep in mind the 4 blade may have been there for a reason.
a 4 blade usually resists venting better, may run smoother, may respond better around the dock.
Also in a brief check of similar sized toons with 15" al props speeds were 25 or 26 mph.
just saying speeds seem similar Not necessarily that you could actually lose speed.
These were all yamaha motors with yamaha al props.
Nothing ventured nothing gained but it does appear your doing really well.
