anyone seen any more of the story of the 14 yr old girl that posted a kill Bush picture on her website? and tell me our electronic data aint being monitored .
I caught a bit about it while heading for work.
something about the parents were whining.

I hardly call it whining............they were upset because they werent with their daughter when the agents were talking to her. How can you blame them for that?

IMHO this is a HUGE waste of time. This is a 14 yr old girl, the image she posted was removed almost 6 months ago. She admited it and didnt know it was wrong, and then immediately took it off when she was told it was a crime. There are far bigger threats than a 14 yr old girl, glad to see the government is using its resources wisely :%:%

maybe she will rat out her friends too.
but yes law and social services can interrogate kids at public schools WITHOUT parental consent.

The parents are p!ssed because their daughter was pulled from the classroom, surrounded by agents that looked down at her and yelled at her that what she did was a federal offence and she could be going to jail for years. The girl obviously crumbled right there and started crying. That is why the parents are p!ssed...the agents were just at their home and mother contacted the girl to come home immediately but the agents didn't wait.

As far as I know what the girl did was typical of the bed-wetting democrats (aka communists) but not a federal offence. Yeah, investigate it but leave it at that, no need to bother with the kid. Yeah, a waste of time and $$$.

Well you can't site them for not using resources at all.It's not like the Nations current statistics of teenage homicide isn't significant.Also not new news that overt mentions ,be it literal or oral ,of killing a standing President doesn't raise some eyebrows.But hey,it was checked out and assumably deemed safe and the girl isn't being indicted,so ,no big woop.I say lesson learned.The internet is a big place.Not wise to speak what you don't believe. Maybe she now realizes that Myspace isn't all hers.As to being questioned by SS without her parents present and considering the circumstances under which she was questioned ,I say tsk tsk.Perhaps her parents learned a lesson as well.

Anything being said over the phone or the internet that has the word "president" "assasinate" "kill" which are key words. Basically anything related to the the demise of our president get recorded and analyze. This is nothing new, secret service been doing that for a long time.
