Hey All,
I have an 1986 Sylvann, 18' bowrider with a 140 alpha.
I had some overheating issues last season, and believe it to be the impeller. We ran the boat without muffs for about 10 minutes, and started hearing a rattling noise around the back of the boat. We took the boat out several times after that, and it kept getting warmer, and warmer.
So, does anyone have any "step by step" guides, or pictures of how to do this?
All help is apprecciated!
btw, NEVER run your boat without muffs!!!

Great! I knew it wouldn't be easy. Any idea on cost/time for this? I have tools, and a garage, just need to clear it with the "boss", and she ain't gonna be happy;)
