Thanks again for all the replies. With a bit of calculamating and trials I’ve gotten the disparity sorted.
The boat is an Aristocraft Nineteen, about 1800 pounds and these numbers are from a normally loaded boat with a full tank of gas two adults, a dog, food and beverage. Not glass smooth water and variable wind around 5 mph.
‘85 Mercruiser 140 motor with 470 outdrive. Quicksilver aluminum three blade 15.5”x18p
2500=20mph
2800=22
3100=26
3200=27
3500=29
4000=34
4500=39
