I took the carbs off because the ctr carb float was sticking and dumping fuel at a rate faster than I could buy it. Carbs had a little jelly but cleaned easy enough. Put them back on and it ran bad. lots of misses... I adjusted the idle mix to about 1-1/4 turns out and it seemed to do better. Then the bottom carb started dumping fuel. Do the float go bad and cause that of am i just a idiot?
