After an extended period of time freeing a seriously stuck prop bearing housing, I was finally able to get it out.

My question, is there anything I should know, trick, etc prior to replacing the seals and O ring and re-installing the prop bearing housing?????

Clean, clean and clean dd. Make sure the cavities for the seals is clean with no burrs. The oring groove needs to be clean. Try and get as much carbon outta' the carrier cavity as possible. The cleaner things are, the less chance of leaky seals.

Good Luck!
