15 hp 4 stroke e15r4sse

My guess is blown head gasket, cracked head or block. I lost power and compression on the water. I have water in the oil.
Any suggestions or advice concerning this motor? I have found exploded views needed for repairs. Thanks

OK I took outer crankcase cover off and I found a broken valve spring. I didn't get any further than that, but I am not liking what I have seen so far.
Also I have seen a 4 stroke forum on here twice, I cant seem to find it and when I tried to click on it when I had it up I get a server busy message and then it redirects me to here. If ya know where that is please link me up to it. Thanks again.
