I'm still experiencing some intermittent spark conitions on this motor. If I can get my motor to start, it will run fine. However if it doesnt start, I hook up my spark tester and see that I have no spark. I jiggle cables, use hair dryer to heat stator, or powerpack and usually I can get it to making spark again. I pull the rope and the motor starts and runs fine. I'm beginning to wonder about the oil pressure switch possibly sticking and telling the power pack to not deliver spark. (Note new ignition coil on the motor) I just cant seem to be able to predict what device is putting the motor into a no spark situation. How can I determine if the oil pressure switch is good and not sticking? The motor runs with the muffs on even if I disconnect the oil pressure switch and kill button from the circuit.
