15 HP gamefisher motor has no power

i have a 15 HP gamefisher motor the engine seems to run good but has no power it can easily be out ran by a 10 HP motor. It also vibrates the boat while engine is in forward gear. Is there anything i should look for that could be the cause of the problem? What can i do to fix this problem?

did you hit anything with the prop if your moter is reving out put not going it may be the prop hub is slipping take the nut off and look at the ruberhub in the prop seeif you can see were it has been sliping like looks like melted ruber on the outer edgeof the ruber
