15 HP Gamefisher

First I havenever worked on an out board That said after try to start my 15hp
Gamefisher today with no luck I might add i decided that i would check spark plugs pulled the top one fired right up but was pumping water out of the cylinder am i dead in the water orcan we get under way i don't understand how it ran without the top plug but died as soon as it was replaced and did i mention the water?

The 2cyl outboard will run with 1 cylinder dead, just won't have any power out on the water.

Water coming out of top cylinder, head gasket???

Thats what im thinkin just kinda wanted a second opinion before diving in ya know.I really hope it isn't a crack in a cylinder guess we'll find out gonna stip it down for a rebuild this weekend and see whats what.
