15 HP short to long shaft

Would it be possible to convert a short shaft to a long shaft without spending a fortune. The motor I am thinking of is a few years old. Thanks

Possible, yes. Fortune?.. well..<br /><br />It is much more advisable to look for a swap. There are folks out there in the opposite situation, go find one.<br /><br />Or trade it.
