15 hp ted williams

I have a 73 Ted williams 15hp. I was wondering where to find a diaphram for the fuel pump or maybe an answer to why it would not run very well. I have new plugs, cleaned the carb up and the only thing I could see was possibly a stretched diaphram in the fuel pump. It has [lenty of spark it just dogs when on the water and the 5 hp briggs runs better than it does. Thanks for any help.

Here is a place for parts.

I had him rebuild the carb on my Gamefisher 7.5 (Eska). It had been tinkered with before I bought it and had a few issue's. I put it back on yesterday and it runs great.

he doesnt have the diaphram that I need. I have looked around to different places just dont have any idea. It does have a tillotson fuel pump on it with impules in the casting.
