15 hs Evy what year

I just bought a 15 horse Evinrude and I would like to know what year it is.

Here are the only numbers I could find under the bonnet

OS

318921

315928-2

Do any of these allow us to identify the year?
Where else would I look for a model and serial number?

Fuel oil ratio is 50:1. Using 100% synthetic TCW-3 oil will reduce smoke and plug fouling.
