Re: 150- 60 degree

The first 60 degree was introduced in 1991 as a 150 and a 175hp. The first V4 came out in '95. They are still being produced under the Johnson banner for 2005. How is that for longevity?

Ocean Pro and Ocean Runner were the Evinrude and Johnson saltwater models respectively. They were all the same motors until '1999 when Evinrude became the hi-tech series and Johnson remained the tradtional series.

I have a 95 175 ev ocean pro and my buddy has a 97 150 johnson oceanrunner. Take off the covers and you can't tell them apart.
