150 E rude hi rpm Shut down

last week vro crapped out , i quickly changed it. today i ran the boat and at woa the engine would just cut out and stall. the only way to keep the boat going is to have someone constantly pump the ball.

sounds like a fuel pump problem.i would replace it first.they dont cost much.good luck
