150 E'rude - How much jack plate to use?

I've got a 6 inch jackplate with a 150 E'rude on it hanging on the back of a 17'8 Bumblebee. Wondering if putting a 10" or 12" jacker would improve performance over the 6"?

Get the 2" spaces and stick them in. If it helps, then get the other jackplate.

See if you can post to Ron G's attention in the prop section (he may see this here though). I believe he has a Bumble Bee. Not sure which one.
