Your motor is a tough one to pinpoint, as they used a series of serial numbers, and I have never seen a breakdown by specific year for the 150hp.<br /><br /> The number is a Mercury number, so we should be looking at a 1991 or newer. The 150 was made from 1989 - 1994. I think the Mercury serial numbers were used starting in mid 1991, starting with <br />E000001 and ending with E093699 in 1994.<br /><br />Your number is pretty low, so I would guess it is a 1991 or 1992 ?????<br /><br />EDIT EDIT EDIT UPDATE!!!!<br /><br />I just entered your serial number into the MercuryPartsExpress.com website.<br /><br />It came back with a model number of:<br /> H1501A92F which makes it a 1992.<br /><br />Write this down for future reference!!!<br /><br />Also, your serial number starts with two letters, "o" and "e", then two zeros, and 6620.<br />(oe006620)
